(makes 1 liter)
1 large, ripe banana
3/4 cup buttermilk
3/4 cup 1% milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 cup frozen fruit
1 tsp brown sugar
Note: Try blueberries, mixed berries, mangoes, peaches, or anything that appeals.
Place all ingredients into the pitcher of a blender and blend until smooth.
